• Unused credits are non-refundable
• Credits expire after 12 months from purchase
• Technical issues resulting in failed processing will be credited back

Subscription Plans

For subscription-based services:

• 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Pro-rated refunds available for annual plans
• Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime
